The series would show how and why a girl has become a porn star and later made her debut into the Indian cinema.
The channel is going to air how Karenjit (her original Punjabi name) transformed into Sunny Leone and what was her life in Canada as an adult star.
The actress has tweeted about the series on her twitter handle. The tweet says, ‘Why did I move from Canada? Why did I pick ‘#Sunny’ as my name? What was my life like? Find out more about the woman behind Sunny and my life from #KarenjitToSunny, in my biopic, coming soon to @ZEE5India #SunnyLeone.’
ZEE5 channel also tweeted the same quoting out that India’s “most searched celebrity will now be the most watched”.
As of now, the series was confirmed but the writing and the direction part are yet to be started.
