TDP leaving NDA a political compulsion said, Amit Shah

Amit Shah has written a letter to Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu stating that TD party’s decision to exit the ruling NDA coalition is unfortunate and unilateral.

He wrote in his letter, "This decision is both unfortunate as well as unilateral. It's a decision; I am afraid, will be construed as being guided wholly & solely by political considerations instead of developmental concerns".

He also mentioned that PM Narendra Modi have done everything in his hands to ensure the growth and prosperity of Andhra Pradesh.

Shah also added that, “It is regrettable that some political parties are whipping up public sentiments rather than encouraging an informed debate which is the cornerstone of a vibrant democracy. He also said that he would like you to introspect whether political parties should be pitting sentiments and development against each other to further their political agenda”.

Amit shah further said that BJP is always safeguarding the interest of Telugu people and working towards their welfare unlike Congress party which showed zero sympathies towards the people of the state.

The BJP chief has also mentioned about various projects that are being funded by the centre and he also made a note of AP being the only state to receive award of revenue deficit grants of all five years from 2015 to 2020, he added. Moreover, the Centre has more than doubled the extent of central assistance to AP.
